The Newark-based data center, 165 Halsey Street saw a boom in business during the first quarter of 2016. In the late 90s, the building became one of the leading telecom carrier hotels with mostly telecom customers. Today the data center serves some of the largest players, and continues to attract some of the biggest names in these industry including 19 Fortune 500 companies. 165 Halsey Street is about 13 miles from New York City and the company provides service to companies in lower Manhattan and New Jersey.
